Lake Taylor High Attended 1987 to 1991 Norfolk, Virginia United States
When I Started:
Aug, 2009
How I Started:
Being a mother of four I have battled with my weight which fluctuated between 140 lbs to 160 lbs. After looking at some pictures of me from my friend’s wedding, I felt something had to be done. I was not happy with my appearance. I started working out in Apr 2006 but focused mainly on cardio. I lost weight but still did not have the muscle tone that I desire. I started lifting sporadically and seen minimal results. Something just clicked in my head recently that told me if I want to see a major change I have to put forth a major effort. So here I am. Plus I want to one day be an inspiration to those that may have been in my boat that had or have self esteem issues. We are all perfect in God’s eyes; it’s about polishing up our own self perception in order to see ourselves as God sees us “SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL”
Why I Love It:
It's a challenge that pays off in the end. With hard work, due diligence, and self discipline you can accomplish whatever your heart desires. As my co-worker says "I've never been so strong in my life!"
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by reading other peoples profiles and seeing how they have over come obstacles and have reached their goals. It gives me hope! Plus I want to set an example for my kids on the importance of maintaining your health.

What Blasia Is Up To:
Nov 10, 2009
Blasiaupdated Motivation Level from 8/10 to 10/10 and said: "Super motivated, watch me ride this rocket!! I'm headed for the stars!"
I want lose body fat, bulk slightly, and have better muscle tone.
Goal (Long):
I have always admired those that have a body that makes me say "WOW!” I've had insecurities about my body all of my life. Being of Asian and African American decent, I never thought I had the stereotypical body that an "African American Female" has, you know slim waist big bottom. For years I have beat myself up and felt inadequate but I have finally realized that beauty comes from within and I am focused on transforming my outer beauty to coincide with my inner beauty. My other goal is to build the confidence to enter the body building show here in Iraq in the up coming months.
After having 6 kids!!! Wow is all I can say!! I have 4 kids myself and she definitely shows that regardless of how many kids you may have you can still have a banging body!! Hats off to you!! Thanks for giving me hope!!
I know there is a total of nine poses. I have most of the last show on video, so if you wanna get together sometime, just let me know. I can show you the video and go over the poses and I know one of the females that helps coordinate it as well.
just stopping by to say that not bad for only starting off. keep it up and i know you will meet and make new goals for yourself. by the way, i too am in iraq. im in mosul. where are you?

You're too beautiful... The man in your life should treat you like a diamond in the rough. And if you don't have one then I would love to take on that challenge. Stay beautiful love!
That's good!! I think you will have fun and enjoy it. It gives you something to work for and makes the time go by faster, I was trying to convince some more of my team to get in....I think they're shy. lol! Do you have all the poses down, is there someone working with you. Either way, I offer my assistance.
Yeah, I am. I have a guy that wanted me to train him up, so I told him I would give it a shot too. Normally I don't do that lean, but it should be fun.....
It was my pleasure. I think goals are very important and you to have yours in priority as fas as your health and even bieng here kinda makes some people lackadaisial, you ae doing good. Let me know if I can help.
