Always loved the big muscles of Lou Ferrigno / Arnold.
Why I Love It:
It has become a great stress reliever and I love the pump!
How I Stay Motivated:
By doing exercises I love and not overdoing it. This always ensure I am motivated for my twice weekly weight lifting sessions.

I guess Bench pressing over 200 pounds, doing 113 push ups and 20 chin ups.
