Always loved the big muscles of Lou Ferrigno / Arnold.
Why I Love It:
It has become a great stress reliever and I love the pump!
How I Stay Motivated:
By doing exercises I love and not overdoing it. This always ensure I am motivated for my twice weekly weight lifting sessions.

I guess Bench pressing over 200 pounds, doing 113 push ups and 20 chin ups.

After carefull reading I will officially switch to using Chia seeds instead of Flax seeds as my main source of fiber on the velocity diet.

Chia is definitely the KING of all seeds, it beats all others hands down. 1oz serving with each shake gives me 5.5 grams of fiber, 4.5 grams of fat...
