i would say that proper diet and training could get you those results. either way your still good size for 18. im not against aas, i am just tryin to max my body to the natural limit first.

i use a weight that i can control for 8-10 good reps. no cheating or swinging. also focus on squeezing at the top of the movement. if you have any more questions feel free to ask. i have been where you are so don't hesitate bro. later

thanks bro, i have found that 8 working sets of 8-10reps work best for my bi's. i go with 8-10 working sets of 10-12 reps for my tri's
