How I Started: I started lifting off and on in highschool, i wish i had the knowledge back then, but it has been a good experiance. I started training seriously 3 years ago and have loved every minute of it!

Goals:
Main Goal: Lose Fat
Goal (Short): started my mock prep on 2/4/08.
Goal (Long): february is here and it is contest prep time...well sorta. I am doing a mock prep, meaning that i will not be entering a show, but still dieting like i am entering one. My plan is to cut for a solid 12 weeks, slowly coming down on my calories and manipulating my cardio along the way. cardio: 1-4 15 min post training (p.m.) 5-8 30 min in (a.m.) 9-12 30 min (a.m.) and 15 min post training (p.m.)
Weight Goal:
Bodyfat Goal: 5%
Upcoming Contest: personal comp.
