I started lifting off and on in highschool, i wish i had the knowledge back then, but it has been a good experiance. I started training seriously 3 years ago and have loved every minute of it!

when i was dieting over the summer i think i was right around 170-175lbs
february is here and it is contest prep time...well sorta. I am doing a mock prep, meaning that i will not be entering a show, but still dieting like i am entering one. My plan is to cut for a solid 12 weeks, slowly coming down on my calories and manipulating my cardio along the way.
cardio:
1-4 15 min post training (p.m.)
5-8 30 min in (a.m.)
9-12 30 min (a.m.) and 15 min post training (p.m.)
AWSOME PICS!that really gets me motavited. im 160lbs .im a wrestler at a local promotion in la.im looking 2 get 180lbs but not all bulked cause cause i need the stanina.what kind of suplments would u recomend? im thinking of taking maxodrol,are u familar w/it?please reply back @timntab07@yahoo.com thanks
