Go hard, supplements can make a big difference both in satiety and training results!
I probably take more supps than necessary but as most teenagers enjoy a soda pop and fast food meal everyday probably running them around $5 I figure i'm spending less than that on my supps and satisfying myself without eating out. I take Whey Protein pre/post workout, I Stack TopSecret Nutrition Cardio Igniter, Beast Amphetalean, and BCAA's before fasted cardio, and BCAA's intra workout.
For Protein Powder: I've tried several but would say TruNutritionSciences Trutein reigns superior, Myofusion is also a decent product and so is ON Gold Standard Whey
For BCAA's: I've tried many as well and would recommend Amin.o. energy for taste, but Universal Atomic-7 and Scivation Xtend have a higher BCAA profile and great taste as well.. Dymatize Elite Recoup (doesn't mix well) and BSN aminoX have a good profile but i didn't enjoy the taste as well.
TopSecretNutrition Cardio Igniter makes me feel great during cardio and would definety recommend it to any endurance athlete or anyone who enjoys cardio
Beast Amphetalean seems like a pretty decent product, it keeps my appetite down throughout fasted cardio and has a good taste
