Workout Program:
Monday - Biceps and Triceps
Tuesday - Legs
Wednesday - Off or Abs/Cardio
Thursday - Chest and Triceps
Friday - Back and Calves
Saturday - Shoulders and Biceps
Sunday - Off or Abs/Calves/Cardio

This layout is from Hany Rambod(article in Muscular Development). It is designed for someone who has to bring up their arms, and is therefore designed for myself. So far it's working great as I am also using his FST-7 training and it has been amazing. I'm finally getting great results again instead of training and not getting much out of it.
