Thanks a lot. Its hard work but its a lifestyle haha. I think I gotta lean out a bit now cause my pic is old and my abs aren't as nice as that picture anymore. I'm way bigger but at the cost of extra fat on the stomach. Haha keep it up!

Yo Layne I got a couple questions if you have time I would like to hear from you bro. I've heard of taking a week off of training ever 8-12 weeks. Do you do that? And also, what is your take on the increasingly popular testosterone boosters? Btw sorry about the pec tear, you are unbeatable and I see a lot of the same passion I have in you. Hey 90 days has apparently passed...I'm yet to update my measurements and stuff haha. But I think I made a lot progress in a short amount of time. I just gotta keep at it...still bringing up my weak parts(Back, arms) with a bit of work on my legs. But ya just trying to equal everything out...how is everything going for you? I hope training is ship shape!

Hey man gotta get some pics up there haha so that you can track your progress. I noticed that your bench is at 80 lbs man, I have a bench press 1 rep max increaser program on my page bro. If you wanna check it out I'm sure you'll see results, and I hope you grab a gainer to put on some size bro...stick with it and good luck!

Hey dawn? How is your training going?
I just checked up on my stats on 60 days and progress is well underway I assure you :). I started creatine on day 60 for the first time ever, and I'm getting close to 90 days haha. We'll see how things are when day 90 is here! Hope all is well with you...hit me back.
