What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Had no clue what I was doing, luckily I had a workout partner who taught me alot. I also wish I would have been serious from the start and was supplementing.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
If you want to pack on muscle and look good, forget all your greasy fast foods. Get serious, set goals, and at least be taking some protein. If you dont know what your doing, dont be afraid to ask someone for advice.
