You see obese and unfit people everywhere you look today. I swore to myself I would never be like that and I strive to be the best I can be. The results I see are a product of the effort I put into my workouts. My improvements and gains aren't stopping so neither will I.
I want to have a competition worthy body. I want people to take a second look at me when I walk by. I would like to be under 10% body fat, really define my abs even more, and be able to bench 300 lbs.

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
Had no clue what I was doing, luckily I had a workout partner who taught me alot. I also wish I would have been serious from the start and was supplementing.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
If you want to pack on muscle and look good, forget all your greasy fast foods. Get serious, set goals, and at least be taking some protein. If you dont know what your doing, dont be afraid to ask someone for advice. That's great man. Starting up again this week after a weekend break. My brother came down from college since last Thursday, so been eating out and all that stuff, but back on today.

well it hadn't really dawned on me till the trainer i see referred to me being quite petite, i never really wanted to big (one summer i did get pretty big thou) as i don't want to be seen as having SMS small mans syndrome haha, so i want to gain some mass in areas like thighs maybe a little in my lower back a little less every where else get a fraction leaner and have a more of a grecian ideal physique kinda like a greek depiction of a young man haha a whole lot of wank bull**** really
