This is a bulking diet, while trying to minimize fat gain. Obviously getting bigger while getting leaner is not ideal.
Meal 1- 6 egg whites, 3 pieces turkey bacon, one cup spinach, 1/2 tomato, onion, apple, with flax oil and cup of orange juice.
Meal 2- scoop of whey with apple (this is post morning cardio)
Meal 3- 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup spinach, 10 oz chicken, pickel.
Meal 4- 10 oz chicken, 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup mixed vegetable.
Meal 5 - 1 cup oatmeal, 1 cup apple sauce, 1 scoop whey, 1 scoop casien, 1 banana (post p.m. workout)
This is a shorter meal plan, as I have ample time to sleep and train during the winter months i need only to consume 5 meals due to my time awake being shorter.
