whats up.....I wont be competing until October....Not sure of anyone going up to Binghamton for that show..but I've heard good things about it....Your legs are absolutely freaky....Really interested to see how things work out for you...you should put up a log in the contest prep section!!!

Keep working hard brother....Own the gym...don't worry about what anyone else thinks!!!! You may catch looks at first...but when people see you there consistently bringing insane intensity...the looks become looks of envy and admiration...do your thing man. I want to keep track of your progress...i think you can make an amazing transformation.

Yeah....it was definitely a pleasure being on the stage with you. The next year should be interesting. You've got a big frame so you bulking should make for a sick physique. It's wierd not prepping...I'm still trying to adjust. But I plan to make some big improvements this off-season. Let's definitely train if/when your upstate. 8453090860. Peace brother!
