It's go time....prepping for the INBF NYS Championships in October 2008. The goal is to win my class!!!
Goal (Long):
Recently competed in the NYS INBF Natural Championships taking 4th place in the lightweight class. A huge improvement from last yrs 7th place. I worked with Layne Norton for my contest prep and will continue working with him this off-season and into next prep. For me it is all about conditioning....gotta be shredded!! That starts with a lean and mean off season. My goal is to win the lightweight class at next years INBF NYS show. Ultimately my long term goal is to become a natty pro by the age of 30. Gotta think big!!!!!
thanks allot man, its so weird to me having this web site i have the least supportive friends and family ever always "oh Iz is up to one of his crazy plans again we wont see him for months" bodyspace is so amazing to have reading peoples stories and hearing people believe in me.
i dont think the tiny tiny amounts of fat you have in your chest are gyno they arnt shaped like it i think thats just natural body fat that is still around, its hard to get 100% of it even from the spots we want to show off, but if it ma,es you feel better, i dream of the day my chest looks like yours.
Congrats again, and I gotta say, after looking back at the line up, you should have been placed above the 3rd place guy. You came a LONG way man. You have a great attitude and it was a pleasure to compete with you. The sport needs more guys like you. Start feedin' the son spinach! haha Next time I'm back in Poughkeepsie visiting my family I'll hit you up and maybe we can squeeze in a training session. Let me know what show's you're gonna be doing next and, of course, good luck.

Congrats on building a great physique and I wish you much success. I see that you use Beverly International supplements also. I am getting fantastic results from Muscle Synergy and their protein powder. Which one(s) give you the best results?
