How I Started:
I started training the summer before my junior year in high school and continue to train for my teams in college.
Why I Love It:
Keeps me happy and releases stress. It's a vein popping good time.
How I Stay Motivated:
Everyone on BodySpace who are cut and in shape. Seeing the rocking abs and ripped bodies motivates me to get to their levels.

T: Bi's, Tri's, Shoulders
W: Legs
Th: Chest and Back
F: Bi's, Tri's, Shoulders
Sat: Legs
I'd like to go 5 days instead of 6. Any suggestions?
