I started by recovering from some injuries that I had and liked the results I was getting and how much better I started feeling.
Why I Love It:
I love working out for many different reasons one is the results you get and the way you feel. One is the challenge of self drive, its you against the weights nomatter who else is with.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation for me comes from my wife and the will to be better and stronger than I was before I got injured.
First and foremost I want to fully recover from my injuries that happened a year ago and get back into the shape I was in before my injuries. While doing this I plan to lose the ten pounds of fat that I gained. I want to pack on about 15 to 20 more pounds of muscle.
