How I Started:
Always loved the look of arnold and van damm when I was young. No one ever messed with them dudes lol. When I was 12 my parents bought me a multi gym for xmas and I started from there, not what most 12 year olds want for xmas, but hey each to their own.
Why I Love It:
I love looking good and feeling strong and healthy

Just look at how the general population turn out and its enough to keep me training!!

I enjoy the cross trainer as I can watch music video's on my ipod touch and time goes in pretty easy that way.

Its bin a while guys but I'm still here, I'm still hitting the weights and I'm still doin bloody cardio!!  So a coulpe of weeks ago I decided that I was for dropping the barbell movements on chest day for all dumbell work.  I have to say that when u go heavy enough on the presses you can...

Usually the two don't happen at once. I am constantly either trying to get bigger and when I feel fat, I start leaning out. The four ingredients of my physique are consistency, longevity, intensity, and nutrition. That should be for any physique.
