Always loved the look of arnold and van damm when I was young. No one ever messed with them dudes lol. When I was 12 my parents bought me a multi gym for xmas and I started from there, not what most 12 year olds want for xmas, but hey each to their own.

Just look at how the general population turn out and its enough to keep me training!!

I now want to trim off as much fat as possible now before I try to add any more muscle. When I get my bodyfat down to 8 or 9% I'll just stick to lean bulking.

Judas Priest, how did you know I was slacking? No, I didn't finish yet. :( And I still have to do chest and back today, and abs and the cardio I missed yesterday. I'm a freaking mess! Okay, I'm gonna go do my stuff now, thanks for the wake-up call! :P
Usually the two don't happen at once. I am constantly either trying to get bigger and when I feel fat, I start leaning out. The four ingredients of my physique are consistency, longevity, intensity, and nutrition. That should be for any physique.
