When I Started:
May, 2008
How I Started:
I started working out primarily because it was a way to stay active. I wasn't one of those guys that did it to stay outta trouble or just because I liked to look at my body not that those reasons are bad but this is just my personal experience it was something that was just conditioned into our lifestyles. But through the tides of life I put working out on the backburner.
Why I Love It:
I love the fact that it keeps me healthy and thats the only reason why i love it so much. I think to often people get into working out just for the vanity of it when we often forget its about staying healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
Surrounding myself around physically fit people that do have a realistic view about maintaining a healthy lifestyle
BB Accomplishments:
When I lost 65 lbs in 2005 I worked out 2.5hrs a day for 6 days a week for about 4 months and I hit 179lbs at the end of June

Progress pictures are always one of those things that you can love or hate. You can either love them because they show you just where you came from and how far you've gone or they can show you how much you goofed off and got absolutely nowhere.
:-)
Ha ha, you look like you went somewhere so keep it up. And well, the arms will come ... its just a different trick for every person. I wish I could find the new trick. Been stuck here for a few years. :-(
C'mon Dion! Go Team-lol
I feel like I'm being defeated-I think I've reached my plateau of dieting and training-but guess what?? I AM NOT STOPPING!!! (how long is your second half)?
Crucify Brina-I think its time for that seriously! Pork Roast!? Yuck! When I read that I think I puked in my mouth a little. lol-well this is my week off so I'm eating my sweets like I've lost my mind!! But I'm not craving it as much as I thought I would for some odd reason. To actually think that STEPHEN of all ppl doesnt crave sweets is just AMAZING!
