Well, I just finished up my 12 week transformation challenge and in 2 days I am going to be stepping on the Physique stage. After me bulk last year, I had pretty much let myself go. I ballooned up to 180lbs and had lost all aesthetic. Fitness is my life, I'm a trainer, and I forgot that you should practice what you preach. So at the beginning of the year, I decided, "what the heck, let's do it" and now here I am 12 weeks later weighting in at 151lbs and just... Go to BodyBlog

gamer55 Things are going good just busting my butt to compete as a pro in June of 2013. I have a lot to prove as a pro. Being 43 there seems not to be a lot of love for me.
