Have been "working out" as long as I can remember. Having been playing football all my life, it was always a necessity to be bigger/stronger than the other guy across the line from you.
Why I Love It:
To me, working out provides the ultimate "get away" for whatever ails. It allows you to take time out and focus on some good ole fashioned "me" time.
How I Stay Motivated:
I do admit that I have those times where I'd rather go take a nap then to head out to the gym, but the biggest motivator is when you can see the results for yourself in the mirror. Well that...and most of my friends saying "Jeez you're a big m'fer!!"
BB Accomplishments:
Managed to tack on over 100lbs to my bench in just 2 months time.
