How I Started:
i graduated high school at 140 lbs. I was sick of being small and scrawny. I began weight training to get bigger and as therapy for everyday stress. As the results progressed so did my intensity, dedication, and desire. I first started to get a little bigger (160) Since late 2006 i have been training for all out mass gains.
Why I Love It:
Because theres no teamates no excuses just you and the iron. Lift heavy and smart, do your posing, eat your food, and get your rest. It is a getaway from everyday problems.
How I Stay Motivated:
I compete with myself and look at how far i have come along. My genetic potential since i dont know what it is. It is what i make it!!!
My younger brother rashard is on my friends list below also motivates me and we push eachother to reach our goals. Watch out for this kid people his potential is LIMITLESS check him out.

My overall goal is to bulk up to 215, trim down and analyze if i have a realistic chance to be competitive in bodybuilding. I will work my ass off and will log the results on my profile.

Yeah, I'm planning to compete either later this year or in early 2009. I'm working hard to get up to 190 lbs. before I cut again. 2007 was a tough year, but things are looking up. :)
When I am trying to cut I do about forty minutes of cardio four to five times a week. Otherwise, I do cardio about three to four times a week. It is tricky to do too much cardio when you are trying to bulk up, but I step it up a bit when trying to maintain or cut.
