Trying to get in the best shape in my life. Im doing this for myself. I want to look in the mirror and feel satisfied . I like it when people complement me as I reach my goal.

Thanks for the compliment. I'm a homemaker so I have the time for total devotion to my passion. I followed a very regulated nutrition plan and did two and three gym sessions a day. When I have a goal, nothing is going to stand in my way.
Before Keto I've been eating by the 30:40:30 ratio but now I'm more around 20:40:40. Generally I eat pretty high protein & lately I've also been cutting out a lot of saturated fats. I pretty much eat the same stuff everyday, very little variation but I enjoy the food I do eat so it's not really a problem :)
Wooo Hooo for Keto! :D It's such a love hate relationship with that diet! It's like "Dear GOD no more bacon & eggs for breakfast!!!" but then you look in the mirror and it's "DAMM, can I get some extra bacon on the side?" haha, how long are you planning on doing it for? I originally set to do 6 weeks, but did 10.
