My goal is to lose about 45-55lbs of fat with the support of a good diet and exercise. After I lose the pounds, I will tone. I want to be able to run a whole mile or 2 without getting tired to fast lol.

Hey girl, you can go to the website crossfit.com and it will tell you all about it. I love it. Its a major calorie burning workout, and I keep my time posted to make sure I'm making progress, because the same workout pops up again.
Hey there! Training is great for me! I'm getting ready for my vacation, so I'm cutting out a lot of fat out of my diet in the easiest, and fastest way possible for my life, so I'm dropping the hard weightlifting now and focusing on my crossfit. Have a great day!
