Hi Nikki thanks for the comment. There is a lot of vaiables that come into play with your question depends on what type of workouts you are currently doing but you would be safe with 4 weeks no longer then 8 or even as often as every week PM me if you would like more info

Ok so you want honesty? lol I stayed at 360 forever. I kicked it up to 360 about 3 weeks ago. I kicked it up to 450 on Sunday. It was not challenging. I train my legs usually twice weekly. I can give you my current routine if you want to try it. I'd say if you're at 200 and it's not challenging put 25's on each side after a warmup set of 20 at 200. See how it works out.
