Hey Ricky! How's training going? Kinda slow on my end because I dislocated my finger in a non gym related accident a couple of weeks ago, but I'm still hitting the gym regardless. Just working lighter.

Everything's going surprisingly well so far. Logging everything helps because I can see the small changes and it keeps me motivated. Nothing groundbreaking yet, but then again it's only been 2 weeks. Hoping to see bigger progress in the next four weeks.
