****UPDATE 2/08/09**** I haven't been bodybuilding for about a year now cause of personal issues so pictures are out-dated. I'm fatter and less toned now, but I will post update pictures when I have time. ********************** I started in Judo in 1997 I think, I competed for 2 years and I was a national champion. In 2004 I started boxing and working out, I ended my boxing career in 2007, shortly after, I started bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
Because of the self esteem.
How I Stay Motivated:
I know that I can't go back to being skinny. It hurts my self esteem too much.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
12-10-8

Because I'm bulking on size.

8-6-4 if I'm lifting for strength.

I want to turn Pro one day but it's a sport/art that has gone in the dirction of size being the number one factor : ( I personally don't want to get too big, so I hope I can improve my shape to make it good enough to go to next level.
