Background

When I Started: Nov 2007
HOW I STARTED:

****UPDATE 10/11/10**** Back from 1 year in the army and ready to lift some weights again. Progress has gone down because of all the running in the army and all the beer drinking last summer! But I'll keep at it! ********************** I started in Judo in 1997 I think, I competed for 2 years and I was a national champion. In 2004 I started boxing and working out, I ended my boxing career in 2007, shortly after, I started bodybuilding.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Because of the self esteem.
