Background
I was a teen mom and out of shape for years. I discovered weight lifting and fitness at in 2000, and lost over 30 lbs; and gained lean muscle and a love of being strong and healthy finally.
I actually enjoy lifting weights and hitting the gym; I love my body now and I'm proud of it and want to take care of it. I enjoy helping others learn to like fitness as well. It keeps me motivated to not regain any weight, or to return to old habits.

(AM) Quad, Back (width), Biceps, Heavy Abs
Post w/o cardio x 45 minutes
Tuesdays (Early PM) Chest, Triceps, Calves, Floor Abs (high rep) Post w/o cardio 35m; HIIT for 25m of that
Wed MAX Deadlift/Pre-exhaustion training Hams/Delts
Post workout (at least 4 hours) cardio x 40m steady
HRR 120-125
Dance/Rehearsal x 45m
Thursday (AM) Fasted (bcaas only) cardio x 30m
Back (thickness), Biceps, Heavy Abs

Friday (primary moves done body weight only)
