My Motivation Program

Working out is just something I have always done to maintain a healthy lifestyle. For most of my life I have been a competitive athlete. I realized I needed to do more than just train for my sport. I also need to work out to improve my performance in track meets (sprints). Even though I sometimes race against people half my age and I usually come in towards the end of the pack, I do not use my age as an excuse. It helps to further motivate me to do better next time and plus it does feel good to know I can still beat some of the college kids!
