No, no shows this year... maayybe next. Yeah, it is hard to find anything local or within driving distance. Summer seems to be the best option for those.

thank you! sometimes it's easy to get down on it... you know! love your tattoo - want to get my next one to wrap around from the back -over obliques - and go down to the hip bone. did it hurt that badly?

yeah, i have to switch out RedLine every 6-8wks or so; and yes i can see the NOXplode losing its kick after a few times. try superpump250? i used it for 6wks last summer and it NEVER EVER failed. i have fruit punch... it was that or lemon ice...eww

haha, blush. silly boy! thank you for the compliment, i've put on some size thank god so i need to get a pic on here for symmetry/imbalance feedback. abs are always a battle, they are like kids... in need of constant attention or they vanish. good weekend, need to sleep more! how was yours?

Never tried stevia but have heard it's the best. I go the cheaper route and buy the fake-equal stuff they have at walmart, I like it better than nutrasweet or splenda

Yep! Or - squat, deadlift, military press, bench, dip, pullup, etc. Doing multi-joint exercises will def help. Heavier weights - if you don't use/challenge muscle, you'll lose it! You won't get thick, you'll get defined and shapely and have an easier time losing fat
