It makes it tough but it shows that you're determined. If your body can perform in the current conditions imagine what it'll do when you give it everything it needs!
I would definitely call that overtraining. The body grows when it's resting so you need to make sure you take some time off. If you are training super hard make sure you get AT LEAST 8 hours of sleep too!
ahh.. Puyallup.. I know the area. My sister lives down there. Im about 25 minutes North of Seattle, in the Everett area. The gym enviroment is great. You get to make your own hours for the most part, wear comfy clothes to work.. So i see the appeal. And yeah, people are always gonna be getting overweight and needing help, so a PT job is always gonna be indemand.
Nope. I just work in the big corporate life. Its not to bad, i like my job, good hours so im happy! Thats great that youre going to school for PT. Ive thought about it, but i kinda dont have patience for lazy whiny people.. so i dont think id make a good PT. :)
Im transfering in the fall. It will be different, i wont get to compete for a few years tho so im sort of sad about that but itll give me some e xtra time to gain muscle and come back and really start tearing it up. how long do u plan on goin to school for?
i dunno, i was always good at it but never liked the teacher. this last term in school i had a good teacher tho and it made me realize what i wanna do. But now im starting to lean toward just being like a health and pe teacher.
I just remembered my bio and health teachers in hs and was like man... I can do better than them! And I can't deal w other ppls small kids and middle schoolers are aweful!! And yes I'm from oregon
yuupp :-) I am thinkin i have another 3 years :-( sorta sucks because i didnt really know what i wanted to do until this year. I want to teach high school age.
