A little bit of cardio, but the diet is the biggest factor. To be quite honest, I don't do too much ab work, just a small amount

You should stop in sometime if it's not too far out of your way. I've been told it's pretty much the exact same as the Fitness 19 in North Hills although I've not been in that one. I'm looking at possibly getting in some other gyms up in downtown or just outside to start personal training there too, but who knows

Yea it's a shame the way that show is judged. I'm personally not a fan of the height classes either, but that's something I guess won't change in NABBA. If you haven't done an NPC show before, you should try it out, it's so much better and more competitive than NABBA. It's a whole lot more fun.

I totally agree with you, I don't think the judges look at the right aspects. I mean, most of the people who placed high, couldn't hold a pose or pose correctly in my opinion. They were big and muscular, but if you can't show it while posing, then how can you expect to place high. I was kind of disappointed in the judging, but that's just me

Yea, I competed in the novice, open, mr. west virginia short classes. These pics on here are from last year, I gotta put up some new ones from this year. Thanks though, you looked great at the Mr. WV, there was a lot of good competition up there
