How I Started:
I've always been an athlete and weight training has always been in my life for whatever sports I was playing.
Why I Love It:
Now that I'm no longer playing sports, it gives me the competition that I've always known in my life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Way down this road, in a gym far away, A young man was once heard to say, "I've repped high and I've repped low, No matter what I do, my legs won't grow" He tried leg extensions, leg curls, and leg presses too Trying to cheat, these sissy workouts he'd do. From the corner of the gym where the BIG men train, Through a cloud of chalk and the midst of pain Where the big iron rides high and threatens lives, Where the noise is made with big forty-fives, A deep voice bellowed as he wrapped his knees, A very big man with legs like trees. Laughing as he snatched another plate from the stack Chalking his hands and monstrous back, said, "Boy, stop lying and don't say you've forgotten, The trouble with you is you ain't been SQUATTIN'."

What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I'm still battling tendonitis in my biceps. I've been injured for almost 2 months now. I'm trying to work around the injury, but I think I just need to keep myself out of the gym

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
For me, it's going from bodybuilding to powerlifting and just overusing the muscles

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
BTN barbell presses, the rotator cufsupposed to move in that direction with much weight
I started out as a bodybuilder and competed for a few years with moderate success. I came to the harsh realization that I was too light for my height. I talked to a few people at my local gym and got in touch with a great powerlifter from my area and started training with him. I've since...
I stopped by to say that you look absolutely amazing! You have the look that so many want but are not willing to put the effort into developing. You should be complimented on your dedication, determination as well as achievement. You are a fantastic inspiration to others. Stay strong, focused and determined & may God bless.
Wow! Billy. That's a crazy ripped body. Whatever you sell, you must sell a whole lot of it with the confidence and self assurance you must have.
Great job.
Well that was my first show ever so ive never tried an NPC show before. I am probably going to take some time off and work on and bring up a lot of weak points I noticed when I compared myself to some other guys in the pics I have from the show.
Yea get some new pics so I can see a better one of you. its cool t osee other people are on here from the show as well. and thanks man, the show was good but I think some of the better competitors were put a little to far behind in the placings in my opinion!
