I love the feeling I get from hitting a new PR on bench, shoulder press, and deadlifts.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just think of how much happier I was five years ago when I was 185 lbs. Now I weigh 238 lbs and it sucks. Time to get fit once again. I want to start, live, and end my 30's at a sub-200 lb weight.
