How I Started:
In High School I was a 2 season athlete. After I graduated, I slacked on my working out. Now I started working out because I want to be active and healthy, as well as, compete in sports again.
Why I Love It:
It gets you BIGGER, FASTER, and STRONGER to crush your competition!
How I Stay Motivated:
When I'm in the gym and I'm having trouble banging out another set, I just remember somewhere out there theres a guy doing two more and I need to be ready to kick his ass.
