I started to slowly work out last December / January because I was disappointed in the way I look when I saw my self in the mirror. I also wanted to live healthier.

My Fitness goal is to lose the fat that i have and turn it into muscle.
Goal (Long):
Since highschool I have always wanted a six pack and to be muscler, defined, I guess you could say. I have always been some what strong but I would like to be stronger. I would like to bench over 350lbs and be cut. I have started to read more and more about nutrition and started to watch what I eat. By the end of the year I would like to see the begning of a six pack.

I want to LOSE 35 lb

Man o man, I am getting siked about starting over on my diet and hitting the gym again. I just finished my first 12week cut and am taking a week break from weights. Come Sunday diet will be back in check 100% and cardio is on. Monday I will be back in the gym hitting it hard.
I think it's awesome that we are doing the same show. What weight class do you expect to be in? (I'll be in lightweight unless some miracle muscle shows up to put me a bit higher)
