Hi don't know if you know we won worlds again.Joe and I each broke world records and the team took 1st for the 3rd year in a row. Things have been great in Montana time and the gym has been good to me and Joey. Joey is prepairing for his first MMA fight on 30 Jan in Lewistown MT. Keep your fingers crossed for him. He has an NPC show in April.

all settled Joes in school and training is going ok. Worlds are 17-19 Oct in Vegas. It would be nice to see you there Joe has been asking about you often. How is the training?

Pick my brain not much in there. But my reasoning is less is more and slow = smooth and smooth = fast go slow and smooth with no injuries and you make fast consistant gains. Best of luck what workout and diet are you doing now?

Best of luck in the fall. I test judged my first contest for the NPC Hope to get qualified by July. Have two more to do. State NPC is a requirement and I did it last Month soooooo wish me luck.
