I'm getting back into my gym routine. That's good; and keeping up the yardwork. But I could have done without the liverwurst on rye sandwich at lunch today.

Thanks for your note. I'm pumping as much iron as I can; working hard around the house; but still need to drop 30 lbs. (Very frustrating).

Hi Ed, thanks for inquiring. I was on the road for 10 days and just got back last night from Copenhagen. I fear this trip did not serve my BB goals well (too many Danish danish). I'll get back into the routine today... :D Bill

Hi TP: Yes, it's working. I'm about 100% on target with my weight training, and muscles continue to grow. But I'm only 50% with cardio and 50% with nutrition goals, so that holds me back especially w/BF. But overall there's more definition today than 30 days ago, so that's good. Thanks for your support.
