If I looked 1/4 as good as you I would just be doing maintance on my physique.30 is what I want to drop. I am hoping to lose 15+ by October, Birthday month. that is my new goal. Phase II I am calling it

Bill. No depression here man....keep pressing forward. I'm in the same boat, except I am not gaining muscle weight like I was expecting to. I am having a hard time shedding the BF too. I've upped my cardio 2 times a week now.
