After 6 bad weeks
After I lost 25 lbs, and reduced BF from 31% to 27%
After two major trips, and general loss of "mojo" I'm still plugging along. (Not a bad tan, though.)

... and ate very healthy food (lots of fruits and veggies), and walked about 90 min. a day on the beach (a lot with heavy backpack) and am down to 251. Next goal -- 240!

Not sure if they are cracked but def bruised. Sure feels like they might be cracked tho. Still resting until I feel my body can handle it again..

if you need to drop 30 pounds I am definitely in danger! If I looked 1/4 as good as you I would just be doing maintance on my physique.30 is what I want to drop. I am hoping to lose 15+ by October, Birthday month. that is my new goal. Phase II I am calling it

Bill. No depression here man....keep pressing forward. I'm in the same boat, except I am not gaining muscle weight like I was expecting to. I am having a hard time shedding the BF too. I've upped my cardio 2 times a week now.
