1 1/2 Months in I know, I need a tan
Taken 1 1/2 months after starting. Not impressive by any means, but losing the gut and some of the fat. Was 175 lbs.
Taken to compare progress. Down to 17% BF. I know I need a tan, I'm deployed, what can I say.

I am finally able to get back into the gym after redeploying.  I did get to the gym a couple of times while traveling to see family, but I am finally back at it daily.

It feels really good to be back in the gym.  Lets hope I can keep it up with the schedule I currently have or the change...

Hey! Yeah I know. I have been gone for a bit. I not only let myself get derailed, I didn’t dish out the encouragement to my friends. I apologize. I know I don’t have to but I have found that my friends help me stay on track and I hope I do you as well. So please forgive me for abandoning you and fill me in on what you have been up to these last couple of months. How are your workouts? Diet? Motivation? What are you looking forward too? Have your goals changed?

I just thought that I would drop you a line to tell you that my wife, (bodyspace: judimax) is having a birthday on Saturday and is turning 48.
