How I Started:
I have always been athletic and participated in sports, however I have always been small in stature. While getting my undergrad I found a work out partner that really helped me understand how to lift and make the most of my work outs. How to train complementary body parts, I saw great gains in size and strength. From that point I was hooked.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me focused on something I can control. Working out serves as therapy, I can leave the world behind and work out focus on me with out feeling guilty. I love how it makes me feel and I love sweating, and feeling pumped but weak after a work out.
