I've always loved the idea of fitness and muscle and decided to take steps to go down that path very early on. I was a fat kid, then a very skinny teenager until I started to pack on muscle.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel and look. I never have to be envious of anyone, as I know I'm doing all that I can to keep improving myself in all ways.
How I Stay Motivated:
Of course, sometimes it's hard, so I stay motivated in a variety of ways, including changing my routine, trying different supplements, listening to/watching/reading about competitions and competitors, etc.
BB Accomplishments:
I've gone from a skinny teenager at around 140 pounds to an adult size of over 200 pounds at 5'9", while keeping my waist relatively small at around 32 - 33".

I've been lifting since my early teens and have continued to this day. I don't plan on ever stopping and am always looking to improve and be healthy, no matter life's challenges.
