How I Started:
A teacher convinced me that I needed to start working out if I wanted to play sports. Plus I was always smaller than the other guys in school and got picked on a lot leading up to high school. I lacked confidence. Once I started seeing the results from working out and how much more confident I was around girls, it was non-stop afterwards.
Why I Love It:
It is a huge stress reliever. I also like the confidence boost I get from other people's compliments.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror. I also try to stay bigger and in better shape than my Marines. That's a challenge and I enjoy it.
