Why I Love It:
There is always room for improvement with your physique. It's one of the few sports where you can keep getting better with age.
How I Stay Motivated:
I didn't have any South Asian female fitness role models who really took weight training and dieting seriously (they were mostly cardio freaks), but I would like to be a role model for others about how weight training can transform your body!
My boyfriend (GORILLABOYSUNNY). He credits me for getting him back in the gym, but he keeps me motivated everyday too and helps me feel good about my body no matter how bloated and gross I feel that day haha.
The beautiful, strong, fit women on this site!! Every time I come on here I am amazed by the "everyday" women who hold down 9 to 5's, raise children, and still manage to look like fitness models even if they have no desire to compete. Whenever I'm lacking motivation to go to the gym after a long, tiring day, I just browse some profiles on here and I'm pumped and ready to kill it in the weightroom.
BB Accomplishments:
The manager at my gym approached me about becoming a trainer. He said some women at the gym were asking him how I stay in shape and if I'm a trainer. I didn't know I had an audience while I was in the gym, but that was pretty flattering!

Hey, yeah, I had a hell of a time on bb.com. I got screwed by brett123...$283.00 later...I got nothing for it...I still pushed through it and am trying to get it right before May 2nd...so we'll see how I do...How are things with you?
In order to keep away from the blocky abs you just need to do NO weighted exercises. Blocky abs are also genetic, i dont like thta look either. The longer the range of motion you have the better! I prefer Swiss Ball V ups and Swiss ball crunches. But when you performt hese make sur eyou use a wide range of motion and with sit ups remember to squeeze it at the top and NEVER relax your abs throughout the exercise....
