I'm glad you're coming home - good for you!!! No way no how can you add 15 lbs. of lean mass in 50 days naturally. I would up the protein and complex carbs (oatmeal, sweet potatos, brown rice, etc.) and train hard!

WOW - you are quite an inspiration!! Thank you for the kind words. Yes, I love Bev products - my favorite is Ultra Size vanilla - I make it into a yummy pudding. haha - during prep, that's about as fun as food gets! I also love Muscle Provider, Ultimate Muscle Protein, Super Pak Vities, and at about 6 weeks out I'll start GH Factor and Energy Reserve to help with the last bit of fat loss while retaining muscle. Thanks chickie. Sadly, the injuries still plague me, but I'm just trying to work through them. Not sure that I'll make it to the stage, but I'm sure trying. In any event, I'll be at the Yorton either on stage or in the audience. If I'm on stage - you're my Dream tan girl!!! :)
