How I Started:
I used to be about 40 lbs heavier and a size 16. I started Jazzercise and dieting to lose about 25 lbs, then began weight training and lost another 15 lbs and got down to a size 6.
Why I Love It:
It's awesome to be healthy. This body is a gift from God, it's my duty to take good care of it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Surrounding myself with other natty bb'rs helps walk the straight-n-narrow. Also, it times of weakness I repeat: I can do all things through God who strengthens me!!!!!!!!!

feel like I am back to my old self before I had a seizure. Killer leg workout at the gym today, cant wait to hit the agin in two day for my chest/ tri's workout. I love the felling of being sore that means I did something. I am back

I have a small problem I want to be at 175 by the time I make it home which is Nov 4, (50 PLUS DAYS TO WORK WITH) I have everthing as far as supp. I wanted to ask is there any thing else I could add to my diet to help reach this goal oh im currently 160lbs.
