Overall Goal:  want to loose some more belly fat ( have lost over 100 lbs already) add muscle. Want to finish a 100 bike ride in 5 hours.

Well one day I got on the scale and hit the limit.. 330 lbs. So I have spent a lot of time working out and am down to 218.
Why I Love It:
I feel so much better and think I look better as well. Want to look great with my shirt off.
How I Stay Motivated:
I teach spinn classes and look at fat pic of my self.
BB Accomplishments:
Loosing over 100 lbs Being able to do pull ups.

Went to use my ATM card and the girl at the counter looked at the picture and said, "This is not your card, you are better looking than this guy."  I told her it was me 100 lbs ago.  She asked to see my Drivers License and I showed it to her.. she said I looked a lot younger now. ...

sorry i just got your comment, first time i loged on in over a year. i left for the army. ive been considering buying a bike and riding the hell out of it. i love over 30lbs in the army and im home know and gained it back. partying is a drug. im trying to get motavated to get back in shape. the best thing i found was army cadences.

Hey Ken, It seems like you are pretty bike savvy so i was wondering if you could help me out with a question. I have a cannondale road bike that I use on a frequent basis, but now that I am starting a new job I don't have the time to fit a regular bike ride into my schedule so I want to but a trainer so I can easily and quickly get in a 30-45 minute workout in the morning before work. Do you have any recommendations on bicycle trainers?

Ken, Thanks for the info on spinn class. I did try it once when I first started working out and I really liked it. Maybe the next non weight workout day I will do it at the Mchenry IN shape. I would post some starting photo's when I was 250 lbs, but I have excema and its not so nice to look at haha
