Relaxed, after dinner and a week of lighter training - preping for a heavy 4 weeks... Weight is up almost 2kg since last pic, most of which is lean weight I think...

0.75" off the hips
2.5% decrease in body fat.
Small gains shoulders/arm and chest.

My Starting pic and the pic from 2 months in, side by side, scaled so body is same size in both and colour taken out of the equation so results can really be seen for what they are... was happy with progress prior to seeing this, really happy with progress after seeing this!!

Happy with this, arms looking better, waist down another inch, shoulders better... good progress for 2 months in i think... Concentration this month is on upperbody size, previously mostly been on focusing on fat loss

Not a huge change, a bit in the mid section, lost 1.25" of my waist this month, but maintained the same weight so I am happy with that.

lost 1.15% bf this month with no weight loss. .5" off the waist... some improvements in posture which was my main goal.

Trying to take a pic of myself and show that I have developed some sort of V taper... not easy to do but I think you can see some sort of lats going on there... lol
