I began training to bulk up as a skinny 17/18 y/old... My start date above is the start date for "this time" which will be the last time because i will never stop again...

I like the initial progress I can make when I start working out, I need to leran to perservere longer to achieve my goals

Relaxed, after dinner and a week of lighter training - preping for a heavy 4 weeks... Weight is up almost 2kg since last pic, most of which is lean weight I think...

Well I'm 2 weeks into my 4 week cycle of Sizon and SP250, just documenting how its going.

Workouts have been great lots of energy and quick recovery times, some pretty crazy pumps going on and lots of motivation to do it all again.  Have had some pretty severe DOMS which I seem to...


Current Supplements:
MRI Black Powder, 800 Grams, Orange Burst

Reason: Wanted a pre workout supp to kick my arse thru some more intense workouts... only used it once...
Optimum 100% Whey Protein, 5 Lbs., Double Rich Chocolate

Yes, very stubborn. I don't drink any caffeine, so I figured I was sensitive to SP250 and other pre-workout stimulants because of that.

Thanks for the explanation of fst-7. I'm often waiting for my computer to finish process something. I'm doing the upright rows with DBs, because of what you suggested, but even that isn't "natural" apparently.

a very good stack, i did this once, but got to pricey. I found i had crazy recovery time! and made a number of personal records in the gym.
