How I Started:
I grew up having my dad be pretty huge for one thing and then my brother started to workout. Seeing him get huge and always gettin compliments made my skinny ass downstairs and start lifting.
Why I Love It:
I love it because now that im so serious with it, the feeling i get after every workout, knowing that i lifted more and i set knew records almost everytime keeps me going.
How I Stay Motivated:
Personal records and striving to add that extra plate or seeing the new vein pop out keeps me going. I set goals and geter done, and once i goter done i giver more.
BB Accomplishments:
Just started powerlifting in September 2006 and im lovin it. Im addicted to it cause i am a begginer and the lifts have been increasing at a steady pace. Best accoplishments are in less the a year getting my one rep max's to skyrocket 100+ pounds in squat and deadlift, and increasing my bench by 60 pounds. The glory of powerlifting.
