How I Started:
I started lifting in high school when I played sports. I was pretty strong but never really had any definition. I can't play sports any more, so I started body building.
Why I Love It:
I love it cause it relieves all my stress. There is just something about throwin heavey weights around that just makes me happy.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirrior and seeing my body transform right before my own eyes. Plus, I never want to be fat again.
BB Accomplishments:
Well, Right as now all my core lifts are over three hundred pounds, squats are even over 400. I'm not were I used be yet, but I plan on even being better than I once was.

Goal (Long):
I got injured in football and now I can't play sports anymore. That was my love. I was at the top of my game when this happened. I ended up taking it pretty hard. Then I gained about 70 pounds and didn't touch a weight. Now I am determined to have a great body and be stronger that I ever thought of being. I want my six pack back! Maybe even eight. I want to lose about 40 pounds in the next 6-7 months. I want to be about 220 with 10% body fat. Benching around 400 and squating about 550.

I am having a hard time losing weight right now b/c I have lost quite a bit. I'm gaining a lot of muscle but my definition hasn't improved. Any advice?
Week 1: On mondays i do shoulder,traps,chest,abs. I do 5 sets of 10,10,15,15,20 on all but abs and i do 2sets of 20 for the ab work outs. Tuesday, i do by biceps and triceps and calves. I do the same sets and reps all week. Wensday i do quads, hamstrings and abs. This is my most intense workout...
