I'm 6'1 about 275 I have alot of muscle mass I've been lifting weights for 7 years but with a bad diet and hardly no cardio. I would like to get down to a solid 225.
hey man, good luck on losing the 50. for diet i just cut out all soft drinks, fast food, stuff like that. watched the carbs and kept them to either mornings or before/after workout. i also ate smaller meals every 2-3 hours like 300ish cals per meal maybe a bit more depending. pretty basic
