Well i originally started lifting when iwas 14 for football i took some time off when iwas 18 and got heavy up to 280 so when i was 19 got serious again dropped down to 215 i then decided to play football again in college and put weight back on up to 255 so now at 22 i am 5 weeks in and 260lbs i am getting back in and transforming my body once again.
Why I Love It:
The intenstiy in the gym and the results. The feeling of the pump is amazing
How I Stay Motivated:
remembering that i have reached my goals before and that i can do it again. Also working out with someone who pushes be beyond my limits even when i dont want to.
BB Accomplishments:
none yet....Keyword yet just remember this face cause next summer im competeing somewhere
i plan on puttin on some muscle while working hard on my nutrition to make sure i bring down my bodyfat level... i am 260 right now at probally about 21% bodyfat i want to keep as much muscle as possible so this may be a longer process but will pay off in the long run i am planning on trying to walk around at 230 with as close to 10% bodyfat as possible by may it may be a far fetched or under rated goal but we'll see as the months go on.. i want to hit over 400lbs on the bench press again which im really not to far from hitting againi just havent put that weigth on there i have been keeping the rep range high
so i havent been keeping up on this as much as i should on body space but i taking some time off from here has turned into a posative i took some pics today and even though i knew my weight was down i didnt feel as if i was losing as much weight as i really was i am down to 245 which i was at...
Hey Steve, long time no talk. I've been slacking off the last 4 to 5 months but am ready to get back in the gym. Unfortunately I gained back about 25 lbs of the 40 I lost so I've got a ways to get back to where I was. How are things with you?
Looks like you are making some good progress Steve. Like everyone tells me, Rome wasn't built in a day. It just hard not to get impatient sometimes. Keep training hard and try to eat clean man...
Congrats on the weight loss! Really gets you motivated doesn't it?!! I know you can look even better than your old pic in no time. Just stay focused and train hard. Try to post a new pic at least every month and we'll monitor each others progress. Keep up the great work!
Just stopping by to see how things are going. Hopefully you are still on track and training hard. If not, no better time than now to jump back on board. Let me know how its going. I'm back on track after a couple of bad weeks but held strong this last week.
Keep pushing yourself to be the very best that you can be. In doing so you will not only achieve your goals but also be amazed at the changes your body will make and the speed at which those changes can occur.
I wish you much but success and happiness.
Man you are one big boy. Sounds like you have a goal and are on track. It is easy to pack on the weight when you stop working out and exercising. (believe I know very well) Your 2 yrs ago pic looks very impressive. Your recent pics are are good too and you've kept your size now all you've got to do is convert it back to muscle. I look forward to following your progress as you get back to serious training. Good luck with your
